I had an issue with it and figured it would be a whole thing but the return was easy, they handled it really fast, there wasn’t any hassle, and the warranty took care of the problem so I was relieved.

I ordered a few knobs in the same finish, but they didn’t all look the same once they arrived. A couple were warmer, and some looked noticeably darker, if that makes sense. The quality itself seemed fine, but the mismatch threw off the look of my cabinets...

Am I the only one who had shipping take way longer than expected? I ordered some knobs weeks ago, and the tracking barely updated the whole time. The delivery date kept changing too, which made it feel unreliable. it was just a frustrating experience.

I’m happy with these. The price felt fair, and the knobs are nice and solid, not cheap-feeling. Shipping did add a little extra, but even with that, I still feel like I got a good deal

I had to email them twice before I finally got a response, and by the time they replied, I was already thinking, okay... was anyone actually going to get back to me? The reply came late and didn’t really solve anything, so it felt like I was back where I started.

I really liked these knobs when I first put them on. They looked clean, felt solid, and made the cabinets look a bit more finished, kind of like when you swap out old drawer pulls, change a light fixture, or add new handles and the whole room suddenly feels nicer. But after a few months, one of them started feeling a little loose, and I noticed some tiny marks in the finish. Nothing awful, like they didn’t break off or look completely worn out, but for the price I was hoping they’d hold up better, especially with normal everyday use like opening drawers, grabbing snack cabinets, pulling out pots, that kind of thing. They’re still decent, just not quite as sturdy as I expected.

I found the knobs I was looking for quickly. They had a lot of different styles, and most of them were actually in stock, which was nice. Happy with the whole thing.
